Terms of use

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses BeOutthere.eu: instructors, guides and coaches looking for work ("freelancers"), businesses posting jobs ("companies"), and visitors.

1. What we do

BeOutthere is a job board. We help freelancers and companies find each other. We are not party to any work agreement between them and we are not an employer or an agency. Companies and freelancers agree terms of work directly with each other.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per freelancer account; company accounts must be used on behalf of the company named.

3. Job posts

  • Jobs must be real, current and legal, and describe the pay, dates and conditions honestly.
  • Never ask applicants to pay a fee, buy equipment from you, or share bank details to apply.
  • Jobs must not discriminate on the basis of gender, origin, religion, disability, age or sexual orientation, except where the law allows a genuine occupational requirement.
  • We may review, edit, reject or remove any job, and suspend companies that break these rules.

4. Applying for jobs

When you apply, the company sees your profile, your email address and your note. Check any offer carefully before accepting it; we verify companies where we can but cannot guarantee every employer.

5. Paid services

Featured listings and company subscriptions are charged as shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Content you add

You keep the rights to what you upload. You give us permission to show it on BeOutthere for as long as it is on your account. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

7. Reporting

Use the "Report this job" link on any job you think breaks these rules. We look at every report.

8. Liability

We provide BeOutthere "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of companies or freelancers, or for losses arising from work arranged through the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account & privacy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell registered users about significant changes. These terms are governed by the law of the country where BeOutthere.eu is established.
